• This fully comprehensive programme is the first Pilates Teacher Training to incorporate the teaching and unique application to the neuro-myo-fascial system, experienced and recognised through the Pilates Method training.

  Through an application of the Anatomy Trains, and understanding of the fascia, the Pilates Method is studied and learnt through a neuro-myo-fascial lens. This multi-level, multi-dimensional programme is an in-depth study of the nature of the body. It teaches the original, now somewhat historical, teachings of Joseph and Clara Pilates and others dedicated to their work; it is a full comprehensive training, covering the complete and original Pilates Studio repertoire.

  Through the Pilates, universal movement, principles, its repertoire and mechanical organisation, it observes and influences the role and vast implications of the newly appreciated ‘anatomy of fascia’, that which is now recognised as the structure of the body, bio-mechanical regulator, system of stability and greatest sensory organ.
